Saskatchewan grown ancient grain snack is addicting!

dosch full storyOrganic farming is a way of life for the Dosch family since 1960, from wheat and flax to pulse crops in the town of Willow Bunch, Saskatchewan. Their passion in agriculture spurred them to add more value to their home grown ancient Khorasan wheat. This special grain boasts nutrients like no other wheat and less gluten than modern wheat hybrids. The launch of their Organic Wheat Snacks has hit the market by storm. Their whole-grain snacks pretty much have it all: fibre, essential nutrients (including protein and iron), and rich flavours. It also boasts non-GMO, nut free and roasted in cold-pressed high-oleic safflower oil. With 6 different flavours and 3 different package sizes, this delicious snack can also be used on salads, fruit, veggies and more!

With help from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture’s Product2Market Program and accessing the Food Centre's federally inspected manufacturing facility, Dosch Organic Acres has been able to put these gems in the hands of consumers through various stores in the 3 prairie provinces and online. Their goal is to grow their business and make it available across Canada.
