Product Development and Processing Innovation Suite
The Food Centre’s Product Development and Processing Innovation Suites are equipped with the latest benchtop and small scale equipment to create unique formulations and prototypes. These joint suites enable the team to make that transition from benchtop to small scale before it reaches commercial production in our pilot plant or AFIC incubation suites.
Depending on the quantity required, test samples can also be created to showcase/test at a small tradeshow or to your buyers.
Our huge “library” of ingredients is impressive and is available in the development of your product.
The Food Centre provides a variety of development services for product refinement, enhancement or new formulation development. Our Food Testing Labs are also available to test new food concepts for food safety and shelf life.
