FC Food Inspection Services

The Food Centre provides meat inspection services to Saskatchewan’s abattoirs and meat processing plants through a contract with the Ministry of Agriculture under their Domestic Meat Inspection Program. This program provides voluntary meat inspection to enhance humane handling and food safety.
